He brings his clients over nineteen years of diversified professional career reflecting experiences in project management, strategic planning & implementation, marketing, business analysis and engineering with proven results in driving organisational growth. He understands the challenges of running an organisation first hand and can create the practical steps that achieve the performance enhancements for his clients.
Ubongabasi's strong strategic and process orientation focuses on the executives' agenda as well as their development to ensure their growth links to the business goals. His strengths are developing a trusting relationship, bringing new perspective to tough issues, and creating concrete next steps. He has been a Strategy Guest Lecturer on Lancaster University Management School - Executive Programme for BAE Systems and Airbus aimed at developing strategic leadership within the organisation.
Ubongabasi earned his Master's of Business Administration Degree with strategy-in-practise, revenue management and international business as his core specialties from the Lancaster University of Management School and his Bachelor's Degree in Engineering. His MBA project was based on an industry consultation to explore the Influence of internal processes and organisational characteristics on sales force management system and performance. He has written papers which were published in refereed journals and presented the SPE paper during an international conference.
Ubongabasi is passionately into swimming, squash and is involves in various charities.
